From Dublin Airport

Drive to the main exit and follow the signs for the M50. Leave the motorway after about 3km at the signs for the R139 (formerly N32). Continue straight down the R139 passing through four roundabouts and the Malahide Road intersection to Baldoyle. Keep straight on through Baldoyle’s residential area until you pass through another a number of traffic lights and reach the T junction at the coast. Turn right for Sutton. Within 1km, you will be at Sutton Cross with the Marine Hotel straight ahead. The journey will take from 15 to 30 minutes.

From Dublin Port

Head west on Alexandra Road for 750 m. Turn right onto East Wall Road/R131. After 850m, turn left to stay on East Wall Road/R131. Turn right onto Alfie Byrne Road/R834. At the T junction, turn right onto Clontarf Road/R807 for 6.1km. Continue straight along the Coast on Howth Road/R105 for another 2.8km. At Sutton Cross, stay in the right lane to turn right into the Hotel at the traffic lights.

From North (M1)

Coming down the M1, join the M50. Leave the motorway at the signs for the N32. Continue straight down the R139, crossing the Malahide Road (Landmarks: Hotel on left and Tesco supermarket on your far right), pass through four roundabouts to Baldoyle. Keep straight on through Baldoyle’s residential area until you pass through another traffic light and reach the T junction at the Coast. Turn right for Sutton. Within 1km, you will be at Sutton Cross with the Marine Hotel straight ahead.

From the City Centre

From O’Connell Bridge, join Eden Quay (one way). Turn left at Liberty Hall, joining to Amiens Street. Follow the road straight through Fairview (R105) all the way by the Coast to Sutton Cross. The Marine Hotel is on your right. Allow 20-25 minutes for this journey.

From all other main roads

N4, N60, N6, N7, N72, N8
